You do not need to open an account or submit information that directly identifies you to access the App’s main functions.

We use this data to understand performance, maintain reliability, prevent misuse, and improve the user experience. We do not use it to determine your real-world identity.
Video Haven may show advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases. Advertising partners may provide measurement and delivery data, such as ad impressions or engagement events. Purchases are processed by the official app store, and we may receive transaction status or entitlement details needed to confirm your purchase. We do not receive or retain your complete payment-card information.

Third-party advertising services may use device identifiers, general location derived from an IP address, and App activity to select, deliver, limit, and measure ads. Your device settings may allow you to limit personalized advertising or reset an advertising identifier. Premium features or other digital items may be available through in-app purchases. Google Play or another authorized store handles payment processing under its own terms. Video Haven receives only the information required to validate the transaction and activate the purchased benefit.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. We use appropriate administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Nevertheless, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Video Haven is intended for saving videos that you created, own, or are otherwise legally permitted to download. You are responsible for confirming that you have all necessary permissions before saving or using any content. The App does not endorse copyright infringement and is not responsible for disputes caused by a user’s unauthorized activity.
Do not use the App to obtain copyrighted material without authorization from the owner or another valid legal basis. If we become aware of credible infringement or misuse, we may take appropriate action, including restricting access to relevant services.
You must comply with applicable local and international laws and respect copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, and other third-party rights when downloading, storing, or sharing material.
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time and may remove files saved locally through the App. You can also use device or app-store controls to manage permissions and advertising preferences. Because the App does not require an account or directly identifying profile information, some access, correction, or deletion requests may not apply or we may be unable to associate technical data with you.
The App is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
We may revise this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable rules, or our practices change. The updated version will be made available through the App or on this page, and the effective date will be adjusted. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
